Each of the training at Skillsbucket has been designed practically to suit the specific needs. Our training programs are interesting, effective and can be grasped easily. They are made highly interactive with various interactive games, case studies, role plays, group discussions, story telling, video clips and assessments. The real life simulations make it easy for the participants to practice the skills and reinforce it in a better way. Our aim is that at the end of the programme each participant is well equipped to prepare a ‘Personal action plan’ to practice their skills, close the existing gaps and evaluate further needs if any.
